For the Chicken breast

chicken bouillon
powder

salt

pepper

onion powder

garlic

sugar

chili powder

light soy sauce

fish sauce

oyster sauce

Chinese cooking wine
For the sauce

onion
fresh

green onion
fresh

fresh garlic

olive oil
Gochuchang paste

473 mLHeavy cream

½ cuppasta water

1 tablespoonunsalted butter

1 tablespoonolive oil

1 tablespoonminced garlic

¼ cupgochujang

½ cupparmesan
freshly grated

1 teaspoondried basil

1 teaspoonred pepper flakes

1 teaspoonchili powder

½ teaspoonsalt

0.5sugar
Instructions
Step 1
1) Boil pasta per the instructions. Save a cup or 2 of pasta water to use for later
Step 2
2) Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add butter, olive oil, garlic, and gochujang. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

3) add in the heavy cream and stir for 1 minute
Step 4
4) add in all the seasoning
Step 5
5) add in fresh Parmesan
Step 6
6) add in some pasta water to adjust taste and thickness of the sauce
Step 7
7) throw in your pasta and chicken
Step 8
Garnish with green onion and more Parmesan
For the Chicken
Step 9
1) season the chicken and leave for 1 Hr or overnight
Step 10
2) air fry at 370 degrees for 12 minutes or adjust
