For Salmon:
For Herb Cream Cheese:

4 tablespoonscream cheese
softened

2 tablespoonsheavy cream

Minced garlic

1 tablespoondried chives

1 tablespoondried parsley

1 teaspoondried dillweed

½ teaspoongranulated garlic

½ teaspoongranulated onion

¼ teaspoonblack pepper

¼ teaspoonsea salt
For Red Pepper Cauliflower Grits:

10 ozriced cauliflower
pre-made
2 tablespoonsKerrygold Salted Butter

1green onion

Minced garlic

1red bell peppers
diced

¼ cupheavy cream

¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese

½ teaspoonsea salt

¼ teaspoonblack pepper
For Broccoli:
Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix cream cheese, cream, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread on salmon.
Step 2
2. Air fry the salmon at 400 degrees F for 6 to 11 minutes.
Step 3
3. Microwave riced cauliflower. Sauté peppers, onions, and garlic. Add cauliflower, cheese, butter, lemon, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
4. Sauté broccoli.
Step 5
5. Serve salmon with toppings and broccoli on the side.
