Instructions
Step 1
Begin by adding water to your pot. Add a sprinkle of salt and let it boil.
Step 2
Then dice 1/4 of an onion, along with 4-5 cloves of garlic (to get 1 Tbsp of minced garlic)

Next, in a bowl, dice 150g of kimchi with scissors.

Step 4
When the water starts to boil, add 1 serving of pasta and cook for 8 minutes.

Next, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil to your pan.

Step 6
Add the 100g of bacon cubes and cook on medium heat until golden brown.

Step 7
Then, add in minced garlic, along with your diced onions. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.


Step 8
Next add your diced kimchi, 1 scoop of pasta water and 150g of tomato sauce of your sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.


Step 9
Season with salt + pepper. I added 1/2 Tbsp of oyster sauce for that extra flavor!

Step 10
Then, drain your pasta and add your noodles into the pan.
Step 11
Stir well until sauce is mixed with the pasta.
Step 12
Transfer onto a plate and sprinkle a handful of mozzarella cheese on top. You can add parsley flakes on top here (optional)

Step 13
Microwave for 1 minute and then enjoy!
