Instructions

Step 1
Pour one serving of plain rice chex into a bowl.
Step 2
Shake or mix together (I used a frother) 1 cup milk of choice with 1 scoop protein powder.
Step 3
Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon over the rice chex. Pour protein milk over cereal and enjoy!
