Gluten Free Oat Wraps

These super simple oat flour wraps contain just 3 ingredients - oats, water, and salt. They're gluten free and oil free, great for both savory and sweet fillings. Great uses for these wraps are Sauteed Taco Meat or Spaghetti Tacos with Zoodles for dinner, or fill it with fruit, greek yogurt, and peanut butter for breakfast

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender. Allow to soak for 30 minutes before blending until smooth

Preheat your pan over medium heat with a light spray of oil. Pour batter in center the center of the pan, about 1/3 cup (80 g). Spread out the batter with a spoon
Step 3
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on the first side, until the edges lift off the pan, and you can flip the tortilla without breaking it. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, and transfer to a plate to cool, covered with a towel to keep soft. Repeat with the remaining batter
Step 4
With any broken tortillas, you can air fry at 300F for about 15 minutes to make tortilla chips
