For Chicken:

2 x 8 ouncesboneless skinless chicken breasts

½ teaspoonsea salt

½ teaspoondried basil

½ teaspoondried parsley

1 tablespoonolive oil
For Tomato Cream Sauce:

¼ cupgrape tomatoes
halved
0.5Frozen Sauteed Chopped Onion Cubes

Minced garlic

1 tablespoonsolive oil

2 tablespoonscooking wine

½ cupheavy cream

2 tablespoonscream cheese

2 tablespoonsparmesan cheese

1 tablespoonsbutter
For Broccoli:
Instructions
Step 1
1. Season chicken with salt, basil and parsley. Cook in olive oil.
Step 2
2. Sauté broccoli. onions, and garlic. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over.
Step 3
3. Sauté tomatoes, onions, garlic. Deglaze with wine.
Step 4
4. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, parmesan, butter, simmer.
Step 5
5. Return chicken, coat in creamy sauce.
Step 6
6. Serve over broccoli and tomatoes. Enjoy!
