Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 (if using a cast iron skillet I would put it in the oven now)
Step 2
Boil and shred the chicken
Step 3
In a medium mixing bowl add cream of mushroom soup, water, cheese , chicken and seasonings
Step 4
Place croissant dough on bottom of pan to cover the bottom bake until about half done (approx 10min)
Step 5
Once you take the bottom of the pot pie out put the filling in then layer the rest of the croissants on top to cover the whole top
Step 6
Bake for about 10-20 more minutes until top dough is cooked through
Step 7
Let rest for about 20 minutes before serving
