Chicken Katsu Curry with rice

Ingredients

2onions
2carrots
2potatos
1 tspginger
10 clovesgarlic
0.5red apple
black pepper
freshly ground
cayenne pepper
chilli flakes
3Curry cubes
1 Tbshoney
1 Tbsketchup
paprika
soy sauce
Chicken
Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion, garlic, apple and ginger until fragrant
Step 2
Add potato and carrot cubes to the pan and satay for 10 minutes
Step 3
Add chicken stock, honey, ketchup herbs and spices. The broth should barely cover the curry
Step 4
Boil until potato’s are fork tender
Step 5
Pound, crumb and fry chicken katsu for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 6
At the same time, boil 3 cups of white rice with 4.5 cups of water (1.5 cup water per cup rice.)
