Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.
Sauce
Step 2
Grate the ginger and garlic.
Step 3
To a small bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Prawns
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the prawns and fry for about 30s.
Step 5
Flip the prawns. Add the seasoning and fry for another 30s.
Fried vegetables
Step 6
Slice the bell pepper, carrot and spring onion.
Step 7
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk.
Step 8
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the bell pepper and carrot. Fry for about 2min stirring occasionally.

Now add the spring onion and fry for another minute. Then add the prawns.
Step 10
Pure in the egg and fry for 1min.

Then pure in the sauce and let thicken for 2min stirring occasionally.
Wrap
Step 12
Top the front center of the wrap with the rice, fried vegetables and prawns.
Step 13
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 14
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
