Makes 6 smaller pieces of flatbread or 3 larger pieces

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together yogurt and flour
Step 2
Knead dough until it comes together into a ball (for about 5 minutes)
Use more up to another .5 cup flour while kneading as necessary
Step 3
Let dough rest in a covered bowl for about 15 minutes
Step 4
Heat a skillet to medium-high
Step 5
Divide dough into 6 equal parts
Step 6
Flatten each piece of dough into an oval - make as thin as possible
Step 7
Put piece of dough in skillet and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook other side for 3 minutes.
