I found this interesting rice paper at Vietnamese groceries!! If you can’t find one, just deep fry regular rice paper for less than 10 secs:)

Step 1

Chop veggies

Step 2

Cut salmon into cubes and add veggies

Step 3

Put 3T mayonnaise and 1.5T sriracha and mix

Step 4

Microwave rice paper for 1min(special kind)
Or, you can just deep fry rice paper

Step 5

Put salmon on rice paper and drizzle sriracha
