Instructions
Step 1
Cut beef into large chunks. Heat pan and sear well on each side. Transfer to slow cooker
Step 2
Put all other ingredients in food processor - pulse til blended. Pour over meat.
Step 3
Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Step 4
Shred with forks. Mix sauce all through it.
