Step 1
Rub salt and pepper on both sides of chicken
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet (medium-high)
Step 3
Add chicken and sear both sides. Once seated transfer out of pan
Step 4
Add 1 tsp oil, minced garlic, minced green onion and minced chili pepper to same pan. Stir until fragrant
Step 5
Add chicken, sugar, dry sherry + soy sauce. Stir
Step 6
Simmer until cooked through (3-4 min)
Step 7
Slice chicken, spoon sauce on top
