Pork wrapped asparagus bento box

You will need a Japanese Omelette Pan to make the tamagoyaki correctly.

Ingredients

9 slicespork
thin, sliced
½ cupshredded cheese
6asparagus spears
pepper
salt
plain flour
1 Tbssoy sauce
1 Tbsmirin
shichimi pepper

Instructions
Asparagus spears
Step 1
Lay 3 slices of pork next to each other, and wrap up 2 spears of asparagus with a sprinkle of cheese. Repeat 2 more times.
Step 2
Sprinkle flour and salt on each wrapped spear.
Step 3
Fry wrapped spears on one side in a pan until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
Step 4
Once fried, add soy sauce, mirin, and shitimi pepper to the pan. Turn to coat.
Step 5
Each spear into 3 pieces
Tamagoyaki
Step 6
Whisk two eggs in a bowl
Step 7
Coat tomagoyaki (japanese omelette) pan in oil, butter, or nonstick spray. Heat the pan.
Step 8
Pour egg mix into pan. Cook egg by pulling the egg to the edge of the in a roll. Lift the pan and let the raw egg spill down towards the other end of the pan. Repeat untill all the egg is cooked and rolled.
Step 9
Cut the tamagoyaki into 4 pieces.

Julien the carrots

Saute carrots in a pan until slightly soft.
Step 12
Add tsuyu sauce and sesame seeds
Plating
Step 13
In a bento box, add a serving of white rice to one side. Place 4/5 pieces of the spears next to the rice in the middle. Place a bed of the carrots on the other side of the box. Place 2 pieces of Tomagoyaki on top of the carrots.
