Instructions

Step 1
Roll out puff pastry then cut the sheet in half . On one half spread out tomato sauce leaving 1 1-2 inches all around with no sauce on it . Sprinkle grated mozzarella then add pepperoni slices then pull one corner of the dough over the side and pinch and pull the next piece . Continue pinching and pulling the dough until you have a circle like galette shape where the toppings are encompassed by the dough

Step 2
On the other half spread pesto leaving the border plain and without pesto . Rip the mozzarella and place it on top then thinly slice tomato making sure to remove the seeds as they may make the dough bottom soggy . Feel free to sprinkle some fresh torn herbs like basil on top.

Step 3
Brush the dough with an egg wash or some milk for browning then bake at 200 c / 400 f for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy . Enjoy !
