Instructions
Step 1
Line your tray with foil and a good amount of oil. Put your oven onto 200’C
Step 2
In a large bowl put all your dry ingredients:- flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Give it a stir
Step 3
Add the milk and whisk thoroughly
Step 4
Chop your chicken or cauliflower into bite size pieces. Add to the batter mix and mix thoroughly
Step 5
Lay the chicken or cauliflower on your prepared tray. Add any additional batter on top so they are fully covered
Step 6
Cook in the oven for 20 – 25 mins until fully cooked
Step 7
Whilst cooking, make the dressing in a small bowl. Add everything and mix thoroughly
Step 8
When the chicken/ cauliflower comes out of the oven, wait at least 5 mins. Either serve with the dressing or mix into the dressing and serve
