Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven on 220’C and prepare your baking tray (top with foil and oil)
Step 2
In a large bowl, put your flour
Step 3
Add the yeast, sugar and the salt to the flour
Step 4
Add the oil and the warm water to the flour mixture.
Step 5
Stir around with your fingers until it forms a dough.
Step 6
Move the dough onto the table and knead for 10 mins until it is smooth, soft and elastic
Step 7
Add the 50g cheese and knead for one more minute
Step 8
Roll into a rectangle approx. an A4 in size.
Step 9
Cut into thin strips.
Step 10
Place on a lined baking tray, cover the strips with cheese
Step 11
Leave to rise as long as possible.
Step 12
Place in the oven at 190’c for approx. 10 – 15 mins depending on the size
