Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flours together and rub in the margarine.
Step 2
Add all other dry ingredients and stir to mix well.
Step 3
Add the egg and buttermilk to make a stiff dough.
Step 4
Divide mixture into two lined 1 lb loaf tins.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30 to 40 minutes.
