Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces, Legs, thighs, wings, breasts.
Step 2
Mix the egg with the water in a container big enough to hold a chicken breast.
Step 3
Mix Bisquick, Salt, Paprika, Black Pepper in a container to be used to coat the chicken.
Step 4
Coat the chicken in flour.
Step 5
Add a egg wash to the coated chicken.
Step 6
Coat with the bisquick mixture.
Step 7
Place chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been buttered to prevent sticking.
Step 8
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees turning occasionally to prevent sticking to the pan.
Step 9
Juice should run clear or chicken should temp at 165 degrees when done.
