Instructions
Step 1

fillet your unseasoned chicken and place in a colander over a boiling pot of water to steam (batch if needed)



Step 2
crush and dice your garlic, juice your lemon and combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl






Step 3

steam your chicken until cooked through and tender, minimum 10 minutes
Step 4

remove steamed chicken from colander and cut into cubes or strips (any size you like) place into your mixing bowl and coat chicken completely







Step 5
gladwrap whilst still warm to retain moisture and flavour, freeze or refrigerate until next needed!
