Fisherman’s Seafood Medley

Sister flew in for the 4th of July weekend. Since she was arriving around dinner time, i thought I would make her a nice home made meal. She likes seafood so decided to make one if my favorite dishes inspired by the Chinese fisherman that cooks live seafood on the dock. You can do whatever seafood you like, i will let what I used

Ingredients

2blue crabs
4lobster tails
1 lbsshrimp
head on
1 lbsbaby octopus
1 lbsmussels
half shell
6garlic
chopped
4Thai chilis
2green onions
chopped 1/4”
8 ozwater
filtered
4 oz house made sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare and clean seafood
Step 2
2. Combine ingredients for house sauce and reserve
Step 3
3. In a large pan on high heat, add generous amount of oil
Step 4
4. Add garlic, Thai chilis, and green onions
Step 5
5. Quickly sauté until fragrant
Step 6
6. Add in seafood and toss
Step 7
7. Pour sauce over and ensure seafood is well coated
Step 8
8. Add water
Step 9
9. Cover and steam for 5 minutes on low heat
Step 10
10. Garnish with more green onions and serve
