Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°
Step 2
In a large oven safe container, place boursin in center, surrounded by orzo, vegetable stock, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, garlic and spices. Cover with foil.
Step 3
Original recipe said to cook for ten minutes in oven. Mine took more like 25-30 mins before orzo was mostly cooked and liquid mostly absorbed. Add in chopped spinach and white cheddar, stir. Place back in oven for 2-3 mins. Serve.
