Instructions
Step 1
Remove strawberry stems and cut in half (quarter if needed)
Step 2
Remove bell pepper stem and seeds and rough chop
Step 3
Remove tomato stem and cut in half
Step 4
Peel cucumber and chop
Step 5
Deseed chili and roughly chop
Step 6
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth
Step 7
Add vinegar, evoo, salt and if needed black pepper
Step 8
Chill in fridge (overnight if possible)
Step 9
Serve with chopped strawberries, fresh basil or evoo
