Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Add all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add the mixture to a greased pan, then sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional) and bake in preheated oven at 350F for 40 minutes.
