An egg bake using only whites and some veggies I regularly buy! Easy to make and easy to eat! Should make 10 servings.

Instructions
Step 1
1) Prep all of your veggies and separate the whites from the yolks. Place the whites in a bowl and save the yolks for a different dish. Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
2) heat up a pan with a little oil and add in crushed garlic, sautéing until fragrant
Step 3
3) add in the broccoli, bell pepper, and onion, sautéing until nearly cooked through, about 4 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, then set aside and allow to cool
Step 4
4) once veggies are cool, add the veggies and cheese to the egg whites and stir, combining everything together. Add salt and pepper and stir again. Here, you can add other seasoning to brighten up the dish, like paprika or some cayenne for a kick.
Step 5
5) grease a 9x13 baking dish (I used Pam) and add mixture in, then bake uncovered for 20 minutes
Step 6
6) the dish should look cooked through, but the top might be watery from the veggies. Turn on the broiler and cook for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned and puffed up
Step 7
7) cut into 10 pieces and serve!
