Krab Rangoon Mixture
Egg Rolls:
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together softened cream cheese, chopped krab sticks, green onions, soy sauce, sugar and garlic powder until smooth.
Step 2
On a clean surface, place the krab mixture onto the lower center of an egg roll wrapper.
Step 3
Brush eggwash over each edge of your egg roll wrapper. (Make eggwash by combining 1 egg with 1 tbsp of water).
Step 4
Roll the wrapper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go (like a mini burrito). Refrigerate the egg rolls for 45 minutes before frying.
Step 5
Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
Step 6
Serve the egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
