Instructions
Step 1
preheat the oven to 350 degrees. spray an 8 X 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray

in a food processor, combine the oats, almond flour, beans, oil, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. process the ingredients for about 1 minute, until the batter is smooth. You may need to stop the food processor to scrap down the sides.
Step 3
Carefully remove the food processor's blade and stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
Step 4
Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan. drizzle the peanut butter over the top of the batter.
Step 5
bake the brownies for 15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 6
Storage: store the brownies in an air tight container for up to 3 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months.
