Step 1
Cut lemons into smaller pieces.

Slice your garlic and saute with chili flakes.

Add your lemons and cook until the skin becomes translucent.

Cook your pasta to al dente.

Once the pasta is cooked mix it with the lemon and put a ladle of pasta water.

Season it with salt and pepper to taste.

Season your chicken thighs or breast with the following:

Step 8
In the pan heat olive oil and pan sear the chicken.
Step 9
Plate your pasta and put the chicken on top, sprinkle it with parsley and grated parmegiano cheese to finish.
