Step 1
Combine well by shifting all dry ingredients.

wheat flour300g
almond flour20g
baking powder12g
baking soda5g
Step 2
Mix well all wet ingredients. (Preferably using an emersion blender.)
soy milk250ml
apple juice50ml
unrefined sugar120g
Oil50g
coconut oil50g
apple vinegar15g
vanilla extract2 tsp
sea salt2 pinch
orange zest2 tsp
Step 3
Mix together but not over mixing. Bake in 180c oven for 30-40min.
Step 4
*Before using a metal kugelhopf mold, grease and shift flour or use non stick kugelhopf mold. A metal mold is better in baking result over silicones.
