Instructions

Step 1
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add your bananas, mash them up, then add the wet ingredients and whisk together (don't over mix).

Add dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients, then whisk until combined.
Step 4
Butter a loaf pan and smooth out the batter into it.
Step 5
Place the loaf pan with the banana bread mixture into an oven set to 350F for 50 to 60 minutes.
Step 6
Remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan. After a few minutes, let it cool on a wire rack for the remainder of the time. Enjoy!
