Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg and set aside. Grease an 8x8 baking pan or loaf pan and set aside.
Step 2
Whisk together the softened butter and sugar until light. Whisk in both eggs and vanilla. Once combined, stir in mashed bananas.
Step 3
Add the Flour mixture to the butter mixture in three parts. Once combined, fold in raisins and nuts.
Step 4
Pour into the prepared pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until toothpick entered in the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool then cut and serve.
