Step 1
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl

Whisk brown sugar and oil in a large bowl

Then whisk in the eggs and mashed banana

Sift in the flour mixture

Stir until just combined and no visible steaks of flour remain

Preheat the oven to 425F

Pour the batter into a greased 9 in by 5 in pan

Bake for 8 min at 425F

Then bake for 52 min at 350F. If the top of the banana bread is getting too dark, you can cover the top with foil.

Take it out, and cool for 1 hour before cutting and enjoying
