Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).

2. Coat muffin tins with nonstick spray, or use liners.
Step 3
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and broccoli.
Step 4
4. Pour mixture into muffin tins and top evenly with the cheese.
Step 5
5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until done.
