Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken and season with salt, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.





Step 2
In a blender, add cottage cheese, cream cheese, shredded cheese, milk, and hot sauce. Blend until smooth.





Step 3
Cook pasta according to packet. Cook frozen vegetables in lightly oiled pan


Step 4
Once veggies are cooked, remove from pan. Cook chicken until crispy. Once cooked, stir through veggies, remove from heat and add honey and cheese hot sauce.
Step 5
Drain cooked pasta and coat with cheese sauce. Serve with chicken and top with spring onion
