Salmon Sliders are a perfect weeknight meal, side dish, lunch recipe, or even a snack. Today, I used a salmon patty as my meat for my slider and they were delicious! If you try these, leave a note on what you thought!

Ingredients

For the salmon patty
18 ozcanned salmon
1 tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
½ tsppaprika
½ tspchili powder
2 tspworcestershire sauce
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
1egg
For the sliders
Bread rolls
amount depends on the amount you want to make
1red onion
romaine lettuce
tomatoes
sliced
2 Tbspcooking oil
green sauce
For the green sauce
Instructions
For the salmon patties
Step 1
Mix together salmon tuna, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs in a bowl. Add seasonings and Parmesan cheese and mix. *I added 1/4 tsp of hot sauce to add more flavor as well*
For the Green sauce
Step 2
Boil 3 cups of water and add tomatillos (chopped in half if they are small and in 1/4 if they are big), jalapeños, garlic cloves and onion (peeled and sliced in half) and boil on medium heat for 15-20 min or until the skin of the tomatillos look “wrinkly”. Add boiled mixture into a blender and add avocado and seasonings and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Putting it together
Step 3
Add a layer of the sauce on to your slider bun, add lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and whatever topping you like, and top with meat patty then another slider bun.
