Instructions

For the salmon patties

Step 1
Mix together salmon tuna, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs in a bowl. Add seasonings and Parmesan cheese and mix. *I added 1/4 tsp of hot sauce to add more flavor as well*

For the Green sauce

Step 2
Boil 3 cups of water and add tomatillos (chopped in half if they are small and in 1/4 if they are big), jalapeños, garlic cloves and onion (peeled and sliced in half) and boil on medium heat for 15-20 min or until the skin of the tomatillos look “wrinkly”. Add boiled mixture into a blender and add avocado and seasonings and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

Putting it together

Step 3
Add a layer of the sauce on to your slider bun, add lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and whatever topping you like, and top with meat patty then another slider bun.
