0.5yellow onion
medium, diced

4garlic cloves
minced

4 cupsred potatoes

1 x 16 ozcan petite diced tomatoes

1 x 16 ozcan black eyed peas
1can collard greens

6 cupschicken broth

2 tspsmoked paprika

2 tsponion powder

2 tspgarlic powder

1 tsporegano

½ tspdried thyme

2bay leaves

2 tspseason salt

Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil cooked turkey breast until tender, set aside. 2. Add olive oil to pan until warm
3. Add in onions and garlic, sautée
4. Add potatoes, tomatoes, beans, and collard greens to pan
5. Cover with chicken broth 6. Add in spices, simmer until potatoes are tender
7. Add turkey, simmer a few more minutes
