Instructions

Step 1
1. Boil cooked turkey breast until tender, set aside. 2. Add olive oil to pan until warm 3. Add in onions and garlic, sautée 4. Add potatoes, tomatoes, beans, and collard greens to pan 5. Cover with chicken broth 6. Add in spices, simmer until potatoes are tender 7. Add turkey, simmer a few more minutes
