Salmon & Steak Fried Rice ( Using leftovers)

Step 1
Using a wok or a large skillet over medium heat add about 2 tbsp. oil, then add the beaten eggs. scramble the eggs as it cooks then remove and set aside
Step 2
Add a little more oil if need then add the greens beans ( diced them before adding them). Add the potatoes. sauté for a few minutes. then add the rice.
Step 3
Break the rice apart using a spatula, as you toast it in the pan. Then add the corn, black beans salsa, the sauteed peppers and onions and the epis.
Step 4
Mix around well then add the steak, followed by the salmon. Mix. Add the listed sauces below and mix again
Step 5
Finally add the green onions, then the scramble eggs. Serve and garnish with more sliced green onions. Enjoy.
