1 Tbspgaram masala

1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 Tbspginger paste
6green chillies
1 tspsalt
1 tspred chilli flakes
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspcumin powder
½ tspturmeric powder
2 Tbspfenugreek leaves
1 tspblack pepper
1 Tbspyoghurt
1 tsppaprika powder
½ tspgaram masala
4 Tbspbutter
fresh coriander
Instructions
Step 1
Fry chicken in some whole garam masala until it changes colour and becomes a bit golden too
Step 2
Take chicken out of the oil
Step 3
In the same oil, add sliced onions and fry for a couple mins till brown and add ginger and garlic pastes
Step 4
Add green chillies, whole tomatoes and spices (salt, red chilli flakes, black pepper, fenugreek leaves, cumin, coriander and turmeric powder). Cover and cook on low heat till tomatoes become tender and then peel the skin off
Step 5
Mash the tomatoes and cook on high heat till oil comes up
Step 6
Add the chicken back in, along with yoghurt, paprika powder and garam masala and continue to cook on high heat till chicken is cooked through and masala is ready
Step 7
Add butter and fresh coriander and cover and cook on low heat for a couple mins
