This bowl literally gives me all of the energy I need for the day!!! Such a great source of vitamins and neurotransmitters. I typically soak my blueberries and strawberries in a bowl of water with a cup of vinegar! Wash. Your. Fruit.
Greek yogurt: great source of B12, protein, and calcium
Granola: fiber!!!
Strawberries: vitamin C, B9, and potassium
Blueberries: antioxidant!!! Good for blood sugar.
Pumpkin seeds: A source of estrogen!! If you were ever on birth control & got off, this is a great way to balance your levels.
Chia seeds: all hot girls have tummy issues and all girls with tummy issues are hot.
Goji Berries: vitamin A (retinol/ anti aging) SO MANY BENEFITS.
cacao nibs: when your body craves chocolate, you are actually craving the neurotransmitters that cacao contains!! Get your neurotransmitters baby!!
