In a jar : put 1/2 cup of oats, 1/4 of yogurt and 1/4 of milk. Had 1 tablespoon of chia seeds if you want.
Step 2
If you want to add sugar drizzle some honey in the mixture.
Step 3
In the morning or now, had any fruit that you want (bananas, strawberries, raspberries…)
