Meatballs

1 lbground turkey

0.5yellow onion
diced

5cloves garlic
minced

½ cgrated parmesan cheese

1egg

½ cItalian breadcrumbs

1 Tbspparsley
fresh chopped

¼ tspthyme
fresh chopped

Cream Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, saute onions until soft. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients listed above and mix until the ingredients are evenly combined.










Step 2
Preheat oven to 375. Using a spoon, scoop out meat and form a ball in your hands then place on a lined baking sheet.
Step 3
Cook in the oven for 15mins and flip. Cook for another 10mins and to check that meatball is cooked all the way through.
Step 4
While meatballs are cooking, in a sauce pan combine all ingredients for cream sauce, over medium heat whisk continuously until sauce starts to thicken, reduce heat and let sauce sit, whisk every few mins.








Step 5
Once meatballs are done, remove from oven and serve with your choice of sides (rice and veg are always good) and drizzle sauce over top.
