Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop the garlic
Step 2
Dice the red bell pepper, the onion & carrot
Step 3
Add the oil to the large saucepan
Step 4
Sauté the onion and the garlic until fragrant
Step 5
Add the rest of the vegetables
Step 6
add the wine and reduce for 4 minutes
Step 7
Add the stock and let cook for about an hour (depending on how thick you have cut the vegetables)
Step 8
Take of the heat after the hour and wait for it to cool down before blending together
