Instructions

Step 1
1. Place honey and butter into a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer, stirring together. Once butter has fully melted remove from heat and, stir in chili paste and salt. Set aside and cool for 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and toss together.
Step 3
3. In a shallow dish combine panko, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 4
4. Dip each shrimp in the beaten egg, shaking off excess. Then press each shrimp into the panko mixture, until fully coated.
Step 5
5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and add shrimp (in batches if needed), making sure they aren’t touching one another. Generously spray shrimp with cooing spray.
Step 6
6. Air fry shrimp at 380˚F for 10 minutes. Flip, spray again with cooking spray and continue air frying for 2 minutes.
Step 7
7. Transfer shrimp to a mixing bowl and drizzle half the spicy honey butter. Toss together until evenly coated.
Step 8
8. Transfer shrimp to a platter, drizzle with more spicy honey butter and finish with sea salt and chives.
