Brownies
1 cupbrowned butter
¾ cupcocoa powder
2 ozsemi-sweet chocolate
melted
½ Tbspespresso powder
1 Tbspvanilla extract
3eggs
room temp
1 ½ cupsugar
1 ½ cupsflour
1 tspsalt
8 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chunks

Instructions
Step 1
Mix to combine your browned butter, cocoa powder, coffee, vanilla, salt, and the 1/4 cup chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Pop in the microwave for a minute to let the chocolate bloom. Allow to cool down slightly.
Step 2
Whisk your eggs and sugar. Add in the chocolate mixture, followed by the flour. Fold in your chocolate chunks. Transfer to a parchment-lined 9x9 baking pan.
Step 3
Beat the room temperature cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until mixture is smooth. Mix in the eggs, and do not over beat. Spread evenly on top of the brownie batter.
Step 4
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 325F and bake another 30-35 minutes. It will be done when the edges are set but the center still wobbles a bit. Let it cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 5
Once chilled, spread the dulce de leche on top and sprinkle sea salt. Enjoy!
