Instructions
Step 1
In an Instant pot, saute the onions until slightly golden. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Slow release for 10 minutes and fast release.
