Instructions
Step 1
Fry the sausage in a soup pot, once browned add diced potatoes, garlic, and onion
Step 2
Sauté for a moment and then cover in a carton of chicken stock (about 4 cups) and about 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil until potatoes are cooked.
Step 3
Once potatoes are fork tender add kale (cut the leaves off from the stem). Cook for about two minutes and turn off the heat. Add the cream and stir until combined. Serve with crumbled bacon and a thick slice over toast.
