This is another wonderful recipe because it is so quick, but delicious! I always cook up several lbs of ground beef when I make this recipe and use it for dinner that night (usually about 3 servings per meal) and then for lunch the next day. Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros.

I have written this recipe as one serving so it is easy to track your macros and weigh out ingredients (remember cooked meat loses 25% of its weight when it cooks, so track accordingly)
Ground Beef- 96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef
Pita bread- Josephs Whole Wheat 60 cal pita
REMEMBER TACO SEASONING IS 1 PACKET PER POUND

Ingredients

2.5 ozextra lean 96% ground beef
53g cooked per chapula

1Pita Bread
60cal a piece whole wheat

½ tablespoonsTable Cream
for topping

1 tablespoonsPico de Gallo
for topping

lettuce
shredded, for topping

2 tablespoonstaco seasoning
or 1 packet, per pound of meet cooked
Instructions
Step 1
1. Brown all of your ground beef in a skillet and add taco seasoning, you can portion it out after done cooking
2. If desired you can heat Pita Bread in microwave or in skillet 3. Add beef to pita bread and then toppings listed. ( you can add fat free cheese as topping or hot sauce to the cream...just remember to factor that into your macros)
