Instructions

Step 1
Cook the ground beef and diced bell peppers in a skillet’s with the taco seasoning of your choice (our favorite is McCormick) and set aside in a bowl.
Step 2
Cook the Mexican style rice per the boxes instructions. Brown the rice with butter or margarine for a few minutes then add 2 1/4 cups of water (if you’re cooking in an electric skillet you may need to add more water)
Step 3
In the original skillet/pan add the cooked beef and peppers, rice and salsa con queso mix until everything is evenly distributed.
Step 4
Heat your tortillas and fill, add a bit of shredded cheese on top and serve.
