This is a wonderful recipe to prep ahead of time and freeze or keep in the fridge for a week of breakfast. Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros. As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe Calories: 143 Protein: 24.5 Carbs: 16.7 Fats: 1g I have written this recipe as one serving so it is easy to track your macros and weigh out ingredients. Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix together liquid egg whites, cheese, and seasonings in a bowl 2. Pour into a preheated skillet 3. Once eggs are cooked put desired amount into tortilla and fold up like burrito. ( if you have any egg that won't fit just eat them separately) 4. Put burrito back into skillet and brown on each side 5. Can eat plain or dip in salsa, taco/hot sauce 6. Edit to add...A good way to speed this process up is to pour egg white mixture into skillet and place tortilla over top. Once egg whites have started to form, flip and brown tortilla to liking. Once done let cool a bit and just roll up and eat.
