Ingredients
2 servings
Rice

200gJasmine rice
cooked

10gdry roasted cashew

85gfresh pineapple chunks

50gvegan sausage
or tofu

40ggreen pea

50gcarrot
Cut all into small cubes

oil

salt
to taste
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a heated non-stick pan with 1~2 tbsp oil, pan-fry carrot, vegan sausage, pea until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt arrodingly.






Step 2
Then, add cooked rice. Stir continuously until all rice are well coated with sauce.

Step 3
Add pineapple and cashews and season well.
